Maintenance:
  • The aircraft has been continuously maintained in accordance with Part-ML under an approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP), ensuring a well-documented and traceable maintenance history.
  • A comprehensive airworthiness review and 100-hour / annual inspection were completed in July 2025. The aircraft was found airworthy and is supported by a valid ARC until July 2026. All applicable ADs and LTAs have been complied with, and any findings were rectified with no deferred defects remaining.
  • Recent maintenance includes system checks, engine runs, landing gear inspection including emergency extension, and avionics testing. Both engines have been maintained in accordance with the applicable programme and show satisfactory performance.
  • Overall, the aircraft presents itself in a technically sound and operationally ready condition.

History:

  • The aircraft was originally delivered new from Piper, Florida to Denmark in June 2000 and subsequently operated by an Aeroclub in Italy from 2001.
  • In April 2005, the aircraft experienced a runway excursion during takeoff in Zell am See. The aircraft was professionally repaired in 2006 by a certified maintenance facility in Germany.
  • The current owner acquired the aircraft in June 2008, following a comprehensive overhaul including engines, propellers, landing gear and avionics. In September 2008, a minor propeller contact during landing occurred, which was properly inspected and addressed.
  • Since then, the aircraft has been continuously operated and maintained with no further incidents reported.
